Aag2 (a), AF05 (b), Dcr2 knockout AF319 (c) and C6/36 (d) cells were co-transfected with plasmid expressing Cas13b (+ Cas13b) or ZsGreen (− Cas13b) with U6 promoter-driven guide RNAs. Each bar represents the mean values of firefly luciferase activity normalised to the Renilla luciferase activity (FF/RL); the whiskers are the standard deviation from three independent transfections with six to eight replicates each and each dot represents a replicate.
