The toxicity of the hybrid molecules towards (a) SH-SY5Y and (b) HEK-293 cells evaluated by XTT assay. Cells were treated with various concentrations (1–250 µM) of the hybrid molecules and incubated for 24 h. **p < 0.005 and ***p < 0.001 compared to untreated samples. Untreated cells were considered as 100% viable.
