All dimers in the asymmetric unit (ASU) of each structure were overlaid onto one dimer of the A4V SOD1 structure without ligands. The average RMSD of three dimers in the ASU of the A4V SOD1 structure is 0.19 Å. The expanded box shows the detail of loop VI which is more opened in the compound-bound A4V SOD1 structures. The table shows the maximum and the minimum of RMSD of each ligand-conjugated structure compared to the structure without ligands.
