Wild type (WT) and Fmr1 KO mice (Fmr1) were i.p. injected with vehicle (Veh), or the D1R antagonist SCH23390 (SCH, 0.05 mg/kg), or the D2R antagonist raclopride (RCP, 0.3 mg/kg). One hour after injection, mice were examined by the 3-chamber social interaction (determined by paradigm 1) (a) or marble bury test (b, c). Direct interaction with the novel stimulus mouse (as indicated by sniffing time) is presented in a.
