Wild type (WT) and Fmr1 KO mice (Fmr1) were i.p. injected with vehicle (Veh), or the D1R antagonist SCH23390 (SCH, 0.05 mg/kg), or the D2R antagonist raclopride (RCP, 0.3 mg/kg). One hour after injection, mice were examined by the 3-chamber social interaction (determined by paradigm 1) (a) or marble bury test (b, c). Direct interaction with the novel stimulus mouse (as indicated by sniffing time) is presented in a. For marble bury activity, % of fully buried marble and marbles on the surface is presented in b, c, respectively. The p values were determined by two-way ANOVA followed by Holm-Sidak test.
