a–e Porcine after transfection with pcDNA3.1-NORFA for 24 h, and the expression levels of NORFA (a), BAX (b), and BCL-2 (c) were detected by qRT-PCR. BCL-2/BAX ratio (d) was calculated, and the apoptosis rate (e) was determined by FACS. f–j NORFA (f), BAX (g), and BCL-2 (h) expression after NORFA silencing were measured by qRT-PCR, BCL-2/BAX ratio (i) was calculated, and granulosa cell apoptosis rate (j) was determined by FACS. Data in a–d and f–i are represented as mean ± S.E.M. with three independent experiments. P values were calculated by a two-tailed Student’s t test.
