X-Mean, the mean fluorescence intensity of CD62P. The box-and-whisker statistics plot was produced by Excel 2016 (n = 3 biologically independent samples), differences were identified using two-tailed T-Test, DMSO vs. HOEAs, p = 1.35E-05, Thrombin vs. HOEAs, p = 6.06E-05. The DMSO group received the same amount of DMSO as the HOEAs-treated group but without HOEAs. Control was blank without any treatment. Hydroxy-octadecenoic acids is an isomeric mixture of 11-hydroxy-9E-octadecenoic acid, 12-hydroxy-10E-octadecenoic acid and 12-hydroxy-10Z-octadecenoic acid obtained from the kernel cake of Jatropha.
