Scale bar: 20 μm. b RPE lysates of Cryba1 cKO and Cryba1fl/fl control mice at different ages were collected and analyzed by western blotting for phosphorylated β-catenin and total β-catenin. Vinculin was used as an internal control. Graphs show decreased phosphorylated β-catenin at 4 and 9 months of age in the cKO cells. Statistical analysis was performed using a two-tailed unpaired Student’s t-test. *P < 0.05, ***P < 0.001, n = 5~6.
