TARDBP transcripts, ALS-causing gene variants (OMIM allelic variants), and SNP positions as indicated in the Single Nucleotide Polymorphism Database (dbSNP) were determined with the UCSC Genome Browser on Human Dec. 2013 (GRCh38/hg38) Assembly. b CpG (circles) located around the 5′ site of intron 7 in magnified views of exons 5, 6 and 3′UTR, ChIP-seq data of H3K27ac (SRX2161995) and RNA polymerase II (SRX100455) in K562 cells as indicated by ChIP-Atlas and eCLIP data of TDP-43 in K562 cells from the ENCODE database (ENCSR584TCR).
