After NCH421k cells were treated with cell culture medium containing 10% FBS (dark gray bars) for 7 days or 30 ng of recombinant human IFN-γ (light gray bars) for 48 h, cytotoxicity assay using calcein AM release (a), doubling time analysis (b) and protein expression analysis using immunostaining and flow cytometry (c) were performed.
