The mice were infected with ~108 CFU of bacteria and subjected to different treatments including saline, colistin alone (8 mg/kg), Ob alone (10 mg/kg), and a combination of colistin (8 mg/kg) and Ob (10 mg/kg). The number of dead mice was recorded during the experimental period. CT, colistin.
