Aag2 cells transfected with dsRNA targeting GFP or dsRNA targeting YTHDF3 were infected with DENV 72 h after transfection. Cells were collected at 72 hpi for RNA extraction and quantification of DENV RNA by RT-qPCR (b), and the supernatants were harvested for quantification of DENV virions by plaque assay (c).
