Analysis of serial dilutions of 5 double-stained (CFDA-SE & anti-tetraspanin mixture) PPP samples showed a linear correlation between (a) the obtained concentration and (b) Equivalent number of Reference Fluorophores (ERF) of fluorescent detection channels Ch02 (CFSE) and Ch05 (APC) with dilution factor (4-fold).
