mRNA levels were determined by qRT-PCR. Each gene had three biological replicates. The heat map was generated from log2-transformed expression ratios relative to the mRNA expression of stress and antioxidant genes in the 24 °C control group. Blue: low expression levels. Red: high expression levels.
