  1. Each network (in columns) has a different number of modules (depicted in rows) and each module consists of a certain number of fungal (F) and bacterial/archaeal (B) OTUs.
  2. aPlease note that when considering the relative abundance cut-off of 25%, only 6622 bacterial/archaeal OTUs were used in the modularity analysis. This is due to the fact that some bacterial OTUs were not interacting with the fungal OTUs remaining when considering the 25% cut-off.
