a Primary tumor and metastatic cells were cultured for 72 h on 6-well plates pre-coated with immobilized Jag1 or Jag2 ligands. Expression of Notch target genes (a, b) and EMT markers (c, d) was evaluated in these cells by qPCR. All qPCR data is normalized to HPRT expression and to the average expression levels of each gene in the corresponding primary tumor cell line. The data is presented as mean ± SEM.
