Box plot of the biovolume values measured in two strains of L. gaiensis: VR66-07 (Experiment 4) and R86-47 (average of Experiments 2–3). Number of observations are comprised between 6 and 50 per strain and treatment. Significant differences between strains through the experiment was observed (a vs b, p = 0.036).
