The survival curve (a) and body temperature loss (b) were determined. n = 10/group. c Plasma samples of mice treated with vehicle (n = 5, the beginning number of vehicle group was 6, however one mouse died before we collected plasma samples of mice) or Quizartinib (10 mg/kg gavage, n = 6) were collected 6 h after mTNF (10 μg/mouse i.v.) challenged.
