Pooled samples from n = 3 females and n = 3 males were analyzed on an Orbitrap Fusion instrument. In total 5033 unique proteins were identified across all 20 organs and tissue types. Search results were filtered to a 1% false discovery rate and a minimum of two identified peptides per protein.
