The heatmaps report PCC values for morphological indexes pairs. In blue, negative correlation (PCC < 0). In red, positive correlation (PCC > 0). Resident colon cells, namely, HT29s a and RKOs b and metastatic T84s colon cancer cells c PCC heatmaps. Statistical significance (*p-value < 0.05) is computed via a two-tailed Student t-test and indicated for each significantly correlated pair. Sample size = 5 independent cells/phenotype.
