  1. Statistical assessment of the reproducibility is based on intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) and the maximum coefficient of variation (CV). Reproducibility is classified as “Excellent” if Max CV ≤ 5% or ICC ≥ 0.8; “Acceptable” if 5% < Max CV < 15% or 0.2 ≤ ICC < 0.8; or “Poor” if ICC < 0.2. Studies 1 and 2 were performed at TissUse and Study 3 at AstraZeneca.
