The RIB40 strain was cultured in an MPY liquid medium for 1–5 days, and RNA-seq analyses were performed using total RNA extracted from the mycelia at each time point. The TPM values of the genes are the means of three independent RNA-seq analyses and are shown as a heatmap using the values of log2(TPM + 1) at each time point.
