A highlight of H. villasboas satellite sequences that were hybridized to sex chromosomes in distinct selected Harttia species schematized according to their phylogenetic relationships70. H. intermontana was manually added to the tree based on geographical distribution and chromosomal characteristics, but its position must be confirmed since it was not included in Covain’s analysis. The combination of probes is indicated above each ideogram/FISH image. The colors of idiograms followed the homology of sex chromosomes obtained from whole chromosome painting with HPU-X1 (yellow) and HPU-X2 (gray) described by Deon et al.10,34 and11.
