Structural maps include T2-weighted and MTsat (magnetization transfer saturation). Maps from the OGSE dMRI protocol include \(\Lambda\) (the diffusion dispersion rate). Maps from the tensor-valued dMRI protocol include MD (mean diffusivity), FA (fractional anisotropy), Ktotal (total kurtosis), Kiso (isotropic kurtosis), Kaniso (anisotropic kurtosis).
