Relative mRNA expression levels of NF-κB signaling-related genes were assessed across different groups. Dot plots display gene expression, with dot size indicating the percentage of cells expressing a given gene and dot color intensity representing the average expression level within each cell group. Genes including Ikbkg, Nfkbia, Nfkb1, and Chuk showed attenuated expression in the Irisin group and were further reduced in the ABD-Irisin group compared to LPS treated group.
