Proviral sequences derive from an in-house FLIPS technique (ARL protocol) or were retrieved from two published studies (16,18). Length distribution curves of a the aggregated FLIPS-generated sequences and b each dataset individually. Each dot represents a single provirus and is coloured according to the study from which it originates: Hiener (green), Imamichi (red), in-house ARL protocol (yellow).
