A The sensitivity of S. pneumoniae D39 to LL-37 in the presence of DMSO or indicated concentrations of stevioside was determined by CFU survival. B Bacterial survival of S. pneumoniae D39 in 128 and 256 μg/ml colistin in the presence of DMSO or 64 μg/ml stevioside was determined by CFU survival. All data from three biological replicates were presented as mean ± SD.
