B Archipelagos (Azores, Canaries, Cape Verde, São Tomé and Príncipe, Madeira) are presented in XY plots showing the distribution of suitability risk to human populations per island (25, 50, 75 and 95 percentiles presented as bars from darker to lighter, respectively) including the median values (squares, colour scale at the bottom). The distributions for all NUTS III and islands are included in Supplementary Fig. S20, also available as Supplementary Table S6.
