From: Skyrmionic spin structures in layered Fe5GeTe2 up to room temperature
The temperature is indicated in the figure and a constant external field of B = 100 mT is applied. A defocus of −1 mm was used in a plan-view lamella (c-axis is perpendicular to the image plane), recorded before a and after b leaving the sample in liquid nitrogen for one hour.
