All the cells (ρ = 0.3) are clearly observed. b At a slower frame rate (63×, 5 frames/s; exposure time=0.2 s), only cells that are temporarily immobile are sharp, while moving ones are smeared. Yellow arrows indicate temporarily immobile cells, and pale-blue arrows indicate moving cells.
