The magnified views of the dashed boxes are presented below each reconstructed image. b,c, (b) Amplitude and (c) phase profiles of dashed lines in the magnified view are compared. Only the reconstructed profile (red) from the proposed method is well matched to the ground truth (blue). Scale bars for the whole FOV and the magnified ROI: 20 μm and 2 μm, respectively.
