Shown are the regions comprising 95%, 99% and 99.9% of the data point distribution. Following the 0Mg2+/Glu/Ca2+ stimulation, we observe a small increase in the proportion of F-actin fibres and a decrease in the proportion of rings. High Mg2+ N=21, 0Mg2+/Glu/Ca2+ N=21.
