In the version of the article initially published, the Wave colour bar ranges in Fig. 2b were “0–4.1” and have been corrected to read “0–3.6”. The Wave colour bar range in Fig. 2c was also incorrect and has been amended similarly, while the Residual r.m.s. (wave) y-axis value range has been corrected from “0–0.8” to “0–0.4”. Fig. 2 has been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article. Additionally, the third skip connection within the dashed box in Supplementary Fig. 1 has been removed.
