a-c, BT474 brain tumor-derived organotypic slice cultures were treated for 6 d with vehicle or 500 nM TVB3166 in standard (+Lipids) or delipidated (-Lipids) media. The percent of apoptotic and viable HER2 positive BT474 cells was determined by measuring Annexin V (AV) and 7-amino actinomycin D (7AAD) uptake by flow cytometry.
