Kaplan–Meier analyses to determine prognostic associations of CD4+ regulatory (A), follicular helper (B), resting memory (C), and activated memory (D) T-cell estimates inferred by CIBERSORT in the iMATRIX-atezo dataset excluding samples collected from lymph nodes. Two samples with Treg estimates >0 showed no significant association with PFS (high, ≥75th percentile; intermediate, 25th–75th percentile; low, ≤25th percentile) (log-rank test, N = 50 patients).
