Specificity for gp70 was determined by comparing ADT counts for gp70 tetramers, requiring that they should be higher than control tetramer count by a Poisson test with a one-sided P value < 1 × 10−6. In each stacked bar, open bar denotes singletons, solid bar denotes numbers for clones with less than 100 cells and hatched bar denotes numbers for clones with 100 or more cells.
