This alluvial plot demonstrates the annotation of on-therapy biopsies and surgical resection specimens (x-axis) based upon a centralized review. Alluvia are colored based upon the pathologic annotation of the surgical resection. Out of 28 patients and treated in this study, we were able to complete a centralized review of samples from 24 patients. The figure highlights that there was a progressive improvement in the evidence of pathological response from the earlier on-therapy biopsies to the later surgical resection specimens.
