a–d ARPES maps of 2 ML VSe2/12 QL Bi2Se3 at 10, 100, 200, and 300 K, respectively. e EDCs obtained along the ky = −0.25 Å−1 from each spectrum. f–j Same as a–e but for 0.3 ML VSe2/12 QL Bi2Se3 sample. Spectra were obtained with 110 eV photons.
