a–c Reciprocal space maps (RSMs) of rutile GexSn1-xO2/TiO2 (001) films in the (202) region. d–f RSMs of perovskite SrGexSn1-xO3/GdScO3 (110) films in the (103)pc region. All RSMs include composition contours and relaxed/coherent guidelines to show the expected peak positions based on composition and strain.
