Thickness-dependent uptake coefficients listed in Table 1 are extracted from these fits. Error bars in the data points in c represent systematic error from the experiment. Results from the mass spectrometer measurements are overlaid on the plots. The shadowed regions show 95% confidence intervals of the parametric fit extracted using bootstrapping as outline in the experimental section. The standard errors for fitting parameters A and n (defined in the text) are 0.18 and 0.05, and the covariance is −0.08.
