The pwv has been changed by ±1 µm (green line: 12.1 µm pwv, red line: 11.1 µm pwv, blue line: 10.1 µm pwv). b Residual of measured and calculated emission profile (color code is the same as in a). Note that the residual changes mostly at the peak of the line.
