Species codes are Pc = false killer whale, Sb = rough-toothed dolphin, S = stenellids, Tt/Pe = bottlenose dolphin and melon-headed whale, Gm = short-finned pilot whale, Md = Blainville’s beaked whale, Zc = Cuvier’s beaked whale, and K = Kogia spp.
