Panels show agglutinated taxa (a), calcareous taxa (b), and taxa in the eDNA assemblage without counterparts in the morphological assemblage (c). Both morphological and eDNA assemblages are shown in relative abundance (%). Elevation is presented as Standardized Water Level Index units (SWLI), of which a value of 100 represents mean tide level (MTL) and a value of 200 represents mean higher high water (MHHW).
