We compared beta diversity metrics (colors) and phylogenetic signal tests (shapes). The horizontal dashed line marks the maximum possible Pagel’s Lambda score (strong phylogenetic signal), as well as the minimum threshold to conclude significant phylogenetic signal using Blomberg’s K.
