Observed 16 S rRNA gene amplicon ASVs fall between 986-1998 total ASVs for each sample, indicating similar levels of microbial community heterogeneity across sites. All sites show a high level of diversity, with Shannon indices greater than 5. Samples are grouped by sample type on the x axis.
