ASVs with individual counts greater than two from the top 25 most abundant phyla or present in four or more sites were included. The pie chart insert shows the proportion of ASVs present in one to six sites. Data from CLC_T1 0.1 and 0.2 µm filters were combined, because these samples represent the same biomass from the same site and sampling time.
