Results are provided for the full dataset (all sites at 0.01% threshold for bacterial relative abundance per sample), the strictly filtered dataset (all sites at 0.1% threshold for bacterial relative abundance), the samples collected from REGUA area sites (excluding southern sites), and the samples collected from fragments outside of REGUA (excluding southern sites). Grey shading indicates variables that significantly differentiated microbiomes and did not violate the assumptions of homoscedasticity.
