A presence/absence chart of notable metabolic gene annotations among recovered MAGs for Acetogenesis, Wood-Ljungdahl Pathway (including Rnf Complex), electron transport chain, glycolysis, pentose phosphate pathway, tricarboxylic acid cycle, hydrogenases, carbohydrate active enzymes, and other capabilities (such as sulfur and nitrogen utilization). The rows are sorted by class (Hebobacteria on top, Zipacnadia on bottom). Annotations for one copy are shown in the lighter shade of each category, the darker shade corresponds to two or more copies identified in the genome. Complete lists of annotations in the figure can be found in Supplementary Table 7.
