Features of phased haplotype 1 chromosomes A E. armatus (fEnoArm2) and B P. klunzingeri (fPemKlu1) reference genomes. Concentric tracks from the outside inward represent chromosomes (numbered by length), gaps (gaps of unknown length appear as 100 bp in the assembly) and GC content calculated using BEDTools version 2.31.167 using a sliding window of 10,000 bp.
