There was only one community (of Chile) with polar climate type. The dots denote the estimates of RR, and the error bars represent the corresponding 95% confidence intervals. *P value for difference was <0.05 for the estimate, compared with the reference group, where the comparison was performed using a meta-regression model. Detailed estimates and P values are presented in Supplementary Table ref, reference group; USD, constant 2011 US dollar.
