Copy number aberrations are depicted on the y-axis and unsupervised clustered by GISTIC peaks. Copy number gains are depicted in blue and losses in red. Patients are depicted on the x-axis and not clustered, but only grouped for each of the four proposed subgroups GS-intestinal, GS-diffuse, CIN-intestinal, and CIN-diffuse. GS genomically stable, CIN chromosomal instable, GII genome instability index, p53_CDH1, combined p53 and CDH1 classification.
